A Heart for People
At the heart of almost everything I do are people. I love encouraging others, helping them recognize what they're capable of, and being someone they can genuinely count on. Whether it's my family, our team, or the business owners we work with, relationships matter deeply to me.

I believe people thrive when they feel heard, valued, and supported—and I try to bring that into everything I do.

Building a Life Together
Some of the greatest blessings in my life have come through building alongside my husband, Christian. We've built a family, walked through plenty of challenges, chased some big ideas, and learned a lot about faith, business, and each other along the way.

Spear Ascension Media is another part of that journey. What started as a vision has become something we get to build together, and I love helping turn that vision into something real.

Faith, Family & Purpose
My relationship with God and my family come before any title I could ever hold. They shape the way I lead, the way I serve people, and the way I define success.

I believe God gives each of us gifts, opportunities, and people to steward well. For me, that means trying to build with integrity, love people genuinely, and use what He's given me to contribute to His Kingdom.

Making Things Happen
I'm naturally someone who notices the details. I like bringing order to chaos, figuring out what needs to happen next, and making sure the people around me have what they need to succeed.

That's ultimately what led me into my role as Operations Director of Spear Ascension Media. This is a place where I get to combine my love for people with my ability to organize, lead, and turn ideas into action.
